Waking up too early makes you FAT!

If you don’t get enough sleep your body produces less of the hormone leptin (a hormone which is involved in the body feeling full after a meal) and more of the hormone ghrelin. Ghrelin, amongst other things, increases appetite meaning the chocolate in the cupboard is a lot harder to resist.
