Firstly thanking you for your interest in Pimpmyhealth.co.uk’s Fitness Clinic, an online automated nutrition, strength training and cardiovascular training program. The Fitness Clinic is based ethos and teachings of Pimpmyhealth.co.uk founder, Ross Edgley.
Completely free of charge you can get your own custom-made nutrition program, cardiovascular training program and strength-training program designed to help you achieve your own personal aspirations for your body (i.e. increase lean muscle mass, reduce body fat and enhance muscular tone…etc)
